Prenatal Yoga Classes
Interested in prenatal yoga? Whether you're new to the idea or are a long-time practitioner, prenatal yoga has something new and unique to offer your body and mind. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and have found it an extremely valuable addition to my work as a doula. I love to arrange private yoga lessons in your home or in a local outdoor setting so I can create and adapt a class specifically for your body and situation. One-hour private classes are $40.
