​Postpartum doula support looks like:
  • emotional, educational, and hands-on support for mother's postpartum recovery
  • help optimizing sleeping, eating, bathing, etc.
  • infant care and feeding support
  • household support - light housework, laundry, dishes, meal prep

  • 12 hours of support (usually broken up into 3 - 4 visits in baby's first two weeks)​​​​
Sweet Beginnings Postpartum Support Package
$700 ($20 discount)
  • 24 hours of support (usually broken up into 4 - 8 visits in the first 6 weeks)​​​​
Golden Postpartum Support Package
$2,060 ($100 discount)
  • 72 hours of support (usually 4 to 8 hour long visits, once or twice a week in the first 2 - 3 months)​​​​
